We submitted the results of component and factor analysis of the university activity main characteristics. On the basis of SWOT data-the analysis of its educational services state. We revealed the generalized factors that influence the socialization of the university educational services. We got the linear regression equation connecting the generalized factors that we revealed with one of the results of the university activity.
